This policy explains what we collect when you join the PennyFlow waitlist or book a walkthrough, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.
PennyFlow is operated by HYPERAEON LTD (company no. 17288962), a company registered in England & Wales, based in London, UK, trading as PennyFlow. HYPERAEON LTD is the data controller. You can reach us at privacy@pennyflow.ai.
We use your details to contact you about early access and, if you asked for one, to arrange your walkthrough. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interests in running the waitlist and keeping it free from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We share your data only with the service providers who help us run PennyFlow, acting on our instructions:
We keep your details until we launch and you become a customer, or until you ask us to remove you or unsubscribe, whichever comes first. After that we delete them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@pennyflow.ai and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved data transfer terms) are in place.
